RETURN POLICY

We want you to be 100% satisfied and within 15 days of deliver, unworn merchandise with tags still intact will be only accepted for a refund or store Credit (Voucher).
If returns arrive after 15 days and not longer than 30 days of delivery; we will only process your return as a store credit.

All Clearance items, Swimwear, Intimates, Lingerie and Jewlery are FINAL SALE.

1. Fill out the Return Form attached to your invoice with your order or get a new one here Return Form and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning.
 If you have any problem open the file, go to Adobe.com and download the Acrobat Reader (Free).

2. Merchandise must be unworn with tags attached, smoke smell free and with original packaging.

3. Packages without the Return Form will not be accepted and will be returned at your own expense.

4. Packages must be returned prepaid as we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

5. The original shipping and handling fees are not refundable and are sole responsibility of the buyer.

6. We recommend you to insure your package as we cannot be responsible for lost of stolen package.

8. Please allow 10 - 15 business days to receive your return and process your request and up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
