2. The merchandise must be unworn with tags attached, smoke smell free and original package.

Packages without the Exchange and Return Form will not be accepted and will be returned at your own expense.

Packages must be returned prepaid as we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

The original shipping and handling fees are not refundable and are sole responsibility

8. Pre-Paid envelope for returns are available only for items shipped by mistake, all other item(s) not previous authorized by TooSexyJeans for this service will be charge a flat rate of $10.95 for shipping and will be deducted from your return.
9. Please allow 10 - 15 business days to
receive your return and process your request and up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
