Do you offer discreet packaging?
Yes, we do. All our merchandise is shipped in plain bags or boxes with no promotional stickers or slogans ; We must however include our company name and address for shipping purposes.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be fully sastified with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase for personal reasons, you may return items within 15 days of delivery for exchange or refund. S&H is not refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping & Handling cost are determined by the dollar amount of your order before taxes. Since we charge a flat rate shipping, we reserve the right to choose the carrier.
Do you ship to APO-FPO adresses?
We do ship to APO-FPO addresses at the US shipping rate however for APO-FPO addresses your order may take additional time to arrive due to military processing and we cannot guarantee delivery dates for APO-FPO orders. How do I use my Gift Certificate/Store Credit Online?
In order to redeem your Gift Certificate or Store Credit, please follow theses steps:
1. Go to TooSexyJeans.com
2. Add any product(s) to the shopping cart and proceed to ckeckout.
3. Select Gift Certificate as payment method.
4. On the bottom of the payment page enter your 16 digit ID number.
5. Submit order. The balance of your Gift Certificate/Store Credit will be applied to your order. Any unused balance will remain on your Gift Certficate number.

What is the difference between a shipping and a billing address?
Your shipping address is where you would like us to deliver your order. Your billing address is where you receive your bank statements and in order to our system process your order, your billing address must be enter exactly as appears on your bank statement.

What happen if an item is out of stock?
We make effort to maintain an ample supply of our stock, however, due to the extremely popular demand of certain styles, some items may not be readily available and they will be placed on backorder. Typically, we expect to receive theses within 1 to 2 weeks.

What should I do if I received a wrong/defective item?
You must contact our Customer Service within 3 days upon receipt of the item and we'll take care of you in this situation and will cover all return shipping charges. If you do not contcat Customer Service, you will be responsible for these return shipping charges.

When will I be charged for the backordered items?
We only charge your credit card when the items actually ship. If your order ships in multiple shipments because of back ordered items, we will charge your credit card only when the back ordered items ship.
Do you charge sale tax?
Sale tax of 6% is only applied to orders that are shipped to Florida residents. We are based in Florida and are required by state regulations to charge sales tax on orders shipped within Florida. There is no sales tax on orders going to any other states. However if you live outside of the US duties and customs may be applied on your orders arrival.
